gre 1280,1330

my gre score when i first wrote was 1280 verbal(510) quant(770)

and i wrote again after 1 year and got 1330 verbal(600) quant(730)

I am an electrical engineering student and i have got less marks in quant second time . I would like to know how my gre score(s) will be valued and also i want to know whether writing gre again is good option
can i send only one score or both scores are sent by default

I would be thankful if anybody could help me out regarding this matter
